  • By booking a breathwork session, group workshop, or private group experience with Samay Breathwork, you agree to the terms below. These are here to create clarity and ensure a smooth, respectful exchange between us.

  • Samay Breathwork provides guided breathwork sessions—both one-on-one and in groups—as well as customized workshops for private groups. These sessions are designed to support relaxation, self-discovery, and emotional well-being. However, they are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

    • You can book through the website, email, or by reaching out directly.

    • Payment is required in advance via bank transfer or other available methods.

    • Your spot is confirmed once payment has been received.

    • Need to cancel? No problem—if it’s at least 48 hours before the session, you can request a full refund or reschedule.

    • Less than 48 hours' notice? Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund, but we’ll always do our best to find a solution.

    • If we ever need to reschedule or cancel, whether due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, extreme weather, or force majeure), we’ll notify you as soon as possible and offer either a new date or a refund, depending on what works best.

    • Breathwork can be a powerful experience. It’s important to listen to your body and take care of yourself.

    • If you have any medical conditions (such as heart issues, epilepsy, or severe mental health concerns), please check with your doctor before joining.

    • By participating, you take responsibility for your experience, and Samay Breathwork cannot be held liable for any effects that may arise.

    • Your personal information is safe with us. It is used solely for booking and communication purposes.

    • We do not share your data with third parties unless we are legally required to do so.

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any legal matters will be handled in the relevant courts of Switzerland, unless otherwise required by law.
